FAQs
The pass must be used before the last valid date for the stay.
It is not possible to extend the validity period or the length of stay on the hotel pass, so any nights not used before the correct date will unfortunately be lost.
It’s primarily aimed at those who travel for work, but the hotel pass is valid every day of the week, so private individuals can, of course, also purchase it.
With a hotel pass, it’s easier for companies to budget travel costs. The price is always the same, so you don't need to worry about currency differences if you travel between the Nordic countries.

Go to the booking page for an overview of all hotels that accept the hotel pass. At Home Hotel, Clarion Hotel®, and some Comfort Hotel™ and Quality Hotel™, as well as some independent hotels, there will be a surcharge added to the price. This surcharge is paid upon check-in.
Hotel Pass with validity until May 1, 2027:
Go to the booking page for an overview of all hotels that accept the hotel pass. At Home Hotel, Clarion Hotel®, and some Comfort Hotel™ and Quality Hotel™, as well as some independent hotels, there will be a surcharge added to the price. This surcharge is paid upon check-in.
When you book your hotel nights, you see the total price on the booking page.
A night with a hotel pass purchased between December 2, 2024 and November 30, 2025 has a value of 1325 NOK/SEK or 132 EUR (depending on which country the hotel is located in).
A night with a hotel pass purchased between x. November 2025 and December 31, 2026 has a value of 1360 NOK/SEK, or 136 EUR (depending on which country the hotel is located in).
If the price on the booking page is higher than this, it means that this hotel has a price supplement. The price supplement is paid at check-in at the hotel.
The supplement at Clarion Hotel® and Home Hotel is either 250/500 NOK/SEK or 25 EUR. Independent hotels and some Comfort Hotel™ and Quality Hotel™ have different supplements.
A list of which hotels have a price supplement can be found in the terms and conditions, paragraph 4.3.
No, the hotel pass only applies as payment for bookings that are made on the hotel pass's booking page.
Yes, you can book a double room for a price supplement of 100 NOK/10 EUR per night. The supplement is paid at check-in.
Yes. Just remember that the name of the person who will be staying must be in the booking.
Yes, if you have enough nights left on your hotel pass, it isn’t a problem.
Tell the receptionist that you have a hotel pass when you check in, and provide the unique code on your pass. The code can be found in the e-mail you received with the hotel pass.
If you cannot provide the unique code, you must pay the current day's price for the room.
If the hotel pass is empty at check-in and you cannot or do not wish to buy a new one, you must pay the current day's price for the room.
You can receive a VAT receipt for each stay at the hotel. You do not get a VAT receipt for the hotel pass, but for the nights you stay.
Breakfast is included at all hotels, except for at Comfort Hotel™ Xpress, At Six, Hotel Admira and Stopoverl. It is still possible to buy breakfast separately at the hotels that offer this.
At all Home Hotels, fika and dinner are also included.
If you lose your hotel pass, you can contact customer service, and they will help you.
Of course! You earn Spenn as normal, as long as you are logged in when you book the room. If you forget to log in, you can provide your membership number when you check in. You also earn a qualifying night per stay and have a right to your membership benefits.
Please note that you do not earn Spenn on the purchase of the hotel pass, but for the nights you stay. Spenn will be credited to your account after check-out.
Card payment only. Unfortunately, invoicing is not possible.
Terms & conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between Nordic Choice Commercial Services AB, org. no. 556106-6050 ("Strawberry") and the legal person ("Customer") who has purchased “10 times business” / “BizPass” (“Hotel Pass") on www.strawberryhotels.com or associated pages and platforms ("The Website").
1.2 Strawberry reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the purchase of the Hotel Pass made by consumers.
1.3 By ordering the Hotel Pass on the website, the terms are approved on the customer's behalf. The person making the order confirms by approving the terms that they have the authority to complete the purchase of the Hotel Pass on the customer's behalf.
2.1 The purchase of the Hotel Pass is made on the website and becomes valid upon receipt of confirmation from Strawberry. Once the purchase is confirmed, the Hotel Pass is sent to the e-mail address provided in connection with the purchase.
2.2 Ordinary price for one (1) Hotel Pass purchased between December 2, 2024 and November 30, 2025: is 13,250 NOK (incl. VAT), and Hotel Pass purchased between November 12 2025 and December 31, 2026 has a value of 1360 NOK (inkl. VAT), unless otherwise stated on the website. Note that a price supplement may apply depending on the choices made in connection with the current booking.
2.3 Payment for the Hotel Pass is made through one of the payment methods presented on the website. For payment of the Hotel Pass, the payment terms used on the website apply insofar as nothing else is stated.
3.1 The 10 Times Business Hotel Pass is valid from the moment the purchase is confirmed up to and including February 28, 2026. This means that the booking must be confirmed by Strawberry and the stay must be completed no later than February 27, 2026. The BizPass Hotel Pass is valid from and including January 1, 2026, up to and including May 1, 2027. This means that the booking must be confirmed by Strawberry and the stay must be completed no later than April 30, 2027.
3.2 Once the validity period has expired, the Hotel Pass can no longer be used. Any value that has not been used at the end of the validity period is forfeited and is thus not refunded. It is not possible to extend the validity period of the Hotel Pass, or to exchange the value for cash.
4.1 One (1) Hotel Pass can be used for a maximum of ten hotel nights.
4.2 The Hotel Pass can be used for bookings for one person in a single room in a standard or moderate/compact room. For double room bookings, a cost of 100 NOK/SEK/10 EUR per night applies, which is paid upon arrival. If a room for more than two people is desired, a fee for an extra bed and possibly a price supplement for a larger room where an extra bed can fit will apply, i.e., the price difference against the Hotel Pass's value per room night (d.i., 1325/1360 NOK/SEK, 132/136 EUR) is paid upon arrival. The current hotel's current price list will then be used. A receipt indicating value-added tax etc. is provided by the hotel.
4.3 Hotels with a Price Supplement
The Comfort Hotel™ and Quality Hotel™ chains generally have no price supplement. Clarion Hotel® and Home Hotel generally have a price supplement of 250/500 NOK/SEK or 25 EUR. However, there are a few exceptions – these can be found in the list below. Independent hotels have a supplement of 250-1000 NOK/SEK or 25-100 EUR.

5.1 Bookings with the Hotel Pass are to be made on a dedicated booking page. For bookings made without presenting and/or using the Hotel Pass upon arrival at the hotel, the ordinary price at the time shall apply.
5.2 The Hotel Pass can only be used as payment for accommodations booked on the dedicated booking page.
5.3 Payment for the booking is made in connection with check-in at the hotel.
5.4 Cancellations of bookings made with the Hotel Pass can be made free of charge no later than 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Otherwise, the customer will be charged through one of the Hotel Passes the customer holds. If such a Hotel Pass is missing, Strawberry reserves the right to invoice for the corresponding current cost, which is due for payment after 30 days.
6.1 Upon purchase of the Hotel Pass, Strawberry will process the personal data required to fulfill its obligations in accordance with the terms and to ensure payment can be completed. When purchasing the Hotel Pass, Strawberry will process the customer's contact information, such as e-mail address, name, and telephone number. Payment information may also need to be processed.
6.2 Strawberry handles the purchase of the Hotel Pass in collaboration with GiftUp. Upon purchase of the Hotel Pass, personal data may need to be transferred to GiftUp to enable the use of the Hotel Pass in accordance with the terms.
6.3 For the processing of personal data, what is stated in our general terms and conditions and privacy policy applies otherwise.
7.1 If you are a consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies when purchasing the Hotel Pass on the website. The right of withdrawal means that you can cancel the purchase of the Hotel Pass without stating a reason, as long as it has not been used. Upon approved use of the right of withdrawal, the purchase of the Hotel Pass is refunded. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days after the date the pass was purchased.
7.2 The right of withdrawal does not cover booking of hotel, restaurants, or spa that are made on the website.
7.3 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill out a withdrawal form and send it to giftcard@strawberry.se within 14 days after the purchase date. The money will then be refunded to the card it was deducted from.
8.1 Use of the Hotel Pass is at the customer's risk. It is the customer's responsibility that use of the Hotel Pass occurs in accordance with the terms.
8.2 Neither Strawberry nor the hotel for which the booking applies is responsible for damages that may arise as a result of errors in the Hotel Pass or incorrect use of the Hotel Pass. This includes damages in the form of lost profit or other financial damage incurred by the customer. This limitation of liability also applies to the personal liability of Strawberry's employees, representatives, and substitutes.
8.3 In the event that Strawberry by gross negligence breaches a material provision in the terms, liability assigned to Strawberry for property damage and personal injury shall be limited to direct damages.
8.4 Strawberry is not responsible for spelling mistakes, calculation errors, or other errors in the information provided in connection with the ordering and use of the Hotel Pass.
8.5 Strawberry is not responsible for information about the Hotel Pass becoming known to unauthorized persons or for unauthorized use of the Hotel Pass. The customer undertakes to notify Strawberry immediately upon suspicion of unauthorized use of the Hotel Pass.
8.6 Strawberry reserves the right to correct errors in the Hotel Pass indicated by the customer. If Strawberry does not correct the error within a reasonable time, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement to purchase the Hotel Pass. If the customer chooses to withdraw from the agreement, the customer shall not be entitled to compensation beyond the refund of the amount that may be left on the Hotel Pass.
9.1 Hotel Passes that have been deleted or lost by mistake can under certain circumstances be replaced. Contact customer service if this possibility should be explored.
9.2 In case of unauthorized use of the Hotel Pass, Strawberry reserves the right to block the Hotel Pass and charge the customer for costs due to the unauthorized use.
9.3 In the event of a conflict between these terms and other terms, these terms shall prevail regarding the purchase and use of the Hotel Pass.
9.4 Swedish law shall apply to these terms. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be decided in a Swedish general court.
9.5 In connection with the stay, the member staying earns a qualifying night and Spenn (points) corresponding to the value of the accommodation.
9.6 The member is entitled to their membership benefits.
