West Pride Gothenburg 2025
From June 9 to 15, 2025, Gothenburg will come alive with West Pride – a colourful and inclusive celebration of love, diversity, and human rights. As Sweden’s second-largest Pride festival, it draws tens of thousands of participants and visitors each year.
Throughout the week, the city hosts a wide range of cultural events and activities focused on LGBTQIA+ visibility, inclusion, and equal rights. West Pride brings together people of all backgrounds to take part in meaningful conversations, creative expression, and joyful celebration.
Different events all week
As Sweden’s second-largest Pride event after Stockholm Pride, it attracts tens of thousands of participants and visitors. With events ranging from cultural exhibitions and talks to performances and the iconic Pride Parade, West Pride highlights the importance of LGBTQIA+ visibility and equality across society. The Strawberry team will also be marching in the parade.
