19-29 June 2024

Pride is one of the biggest and most important festivals in Norway, and each year hundreds of thousands of people gather in Oslo to celebrate love and the right to be whoever you are! There should be room for all – not just at Strawberry, but also in society at large! Strawberry fully supports the Pride message, and has been a proud main sponsor of Oslo Pride since 2014! And did you know that this year marks the 50th anniversary of Oslo Pride?

We encourage everyone to join in the festivities during Pride Week, while also showing support throughout the rest of the year. Party, fun, glitter and rainbows are a fabulous way to celebrate just how far we’ve come, but in order to reach the goal of universal inclusion, acceptance and equal rights for all, we have to carry on working to promote greater understanding. Our Pride flags are always held high in support of this important movement.

What's on during Oslo Pride 2024?

Pride Park – the heart of the festival

The Pride Park, Oslo Pride’s festival area, has previously been located both at Spikersuppa and Kontraskjæret, but the growing number of spectators has meant that it has been moved to the Sofienberg Park this year to ensure that there’s plenty of space for everyone to join in the festivities. We’re all ready for a greatest Oslo Pride of all time! The new Pride Park will conveniently feature everything in one area – including the main stage, mingling areas, bars and restaurants, a Pride store, as well as various stalls showcasing various organisations and associations. The Pride Park has free entry and is open to everyone!

The Pride Parade – the highlight of Oslo Pride

The Pride Parade will commence at 12 noon on Saturday 29 June 2024. It will set off from the Helga Helgesens Plass square in the district of Grønland, proceeding onwards through the city centre, before heading down to Grünerløkka and the Pride Park at the Sofienberg Park. Join the parade or just watch on as the colourful sea of people fills the streets of Oslo! One thing is certain – you’re in for some serious fun!

Invite old friends, new friends, soon-to-be friends, acquaintances and family members to join you in experiencing this fabulous event. See you at 12 noon on 29 June!

Pride House – listen & learn

Pride House will be hosting debates, seminars, workshops and more between 22-26 June at Legenes Hus in central Oslo. There will be panel discussions, debates and workshops where you can learn more about the history of Pride, queer culture and current political debates. Pride House is open to both adults and children.

Queer Stages – performances with an important message

Do you love performing arts, shows, dance and singing? This year, Oslo Pride is collaborating with a number of cultural venues around Oslo to promote queer art through dance, slam poetry, theatre, drag, film and lots more! You’ll find further information and programmes on Oslo Pride's website. Prepare for fabulous performances with an important message!
