In addition to the wonderful spa experience offered by Quality Hotel™ Strand and Otium Spa, there are many opportunities for fantastic nature experiences in Gjövik. Lake Mjøsa offers swimming and steamboat trips, and there are many beautiful hiking trails and ski tracks around the city. If you don't want to walk too far but want to get your body moving, the hotel has a well-equipped gym. When your muscles have had their fill, go back into the spa area and let your body find peace and quiet again.

The spa has a separate admission fee, with discounted rates for hotel guests. Hotel guests over the age of 16 have access to the spa facilities
