Unlock your hotel room with the Strawberry app
At more than 100 hotels, you can use Mobile Keys in the Strawberry app to unlock your room and access the hotel lifts. Your phone replaces the physical key card, so you have one less thing to carry and keep track of during your stay.
What are Mobile Keys?
Mobile Keys are digital room keys available through the Strawberry app. Once you have checked in and activated your key, you can use your phone to access your room and the relevant hotel lifts.
The feature is available at selected hotels. If Mobile Keys are available for your stay, you will find the option in your booking in the app.
How to use Mobile Keys
- Download the Strawberry app and log in.
- Make sure your booking appears in the app.
- Complete check-in when it becomes available.
- Open your booking and activate your Mobile Key.
- Keep Bluetooth enabled, then follow the instructions in the app to unlock your room or activate the lift.
- You can still ask for a physical key card at the hotel if you prefer.

The app also lets you search for hotels, book and pay for stays, manage your bookings and add extras. During your stay, you can find useful hotel information, view your room number and check in and out from your phone when these options are available.
Members can also use the app to keep track of their Spenn, benefits and membership activity.
