Conference hotels and meeting rooms in Kløfta

Kløfta offers a highly capable setting for meetings and conferences near Oslo, where country club surroundings, short access from Oslo Airport and extensive event facilities create a calm framework for ambitious programmes.

Kløfta as a meeting destination

Kløfta sits between Oslo and Oslo Airport, making it especially relevant for planners who need smooth arrivals without placing the meeting in a terminal or city-centre setting. The location combines short airport access with open countryside surroundings, giving delegates a clear shift in pace as soon as they arrive.
For conferences, congresses and corporate events, this creates a practical but more generous alternative to a conventional airport hotel. Participants can arrive efficiently, while the programme unfolds in a country club environment where accommodation, meeting facilities, food, spa and activities are kept closely connected.
The setting works well for larger events that require capacity, staging and flow, but also for programmes where the surroundings should give the event more space, balance and sense of occasion.

Conference venue and meeting facilities

Conference facilities in Kløfta are built for both scale and flexibility. Large halls can be used for plenary sessions, congresses, banquets and major corporate gatherings, while breakout rooms, boardrooms and smaller meeting spaces allow organisers to structure the day around parallel sessions, workshops and focused discussions.
The setup also supports production-led formats, with stage options and advanced technical equipment for presentations, launches, award ceremonies and large shared sessions. This gives planners the framework needed for events where sound, lighting, visibility and flow need to work together.
What sets the experience apart is the country club character. Larger events have room to breathe, and the day can move naturally between sessions, meals, spa, activities and evening elements without the group feeling dispersed. The result is an event format that feels efficient, but also more spacious, polished and complete.
Meeting spaces support presentations, collaborative formats and hybrid participation, with flexible layouts that make it possible to adapt the venue to the structure of the programme.

Corporate events and programme opportunities

Kløfta offers strong opportunities beyond the meeting room, particularly for programmes where activity, recovery and social time are part of the overall experience. The countryside setting, golf course and outdoor areas make it easy to include active elements without adding complicated transfers.
Golf-related experiences, outdoor challenges and lighter social activities can be built into the programme between sessions or as part of a wider corporate event. These elements work particularly well for leadership gatherings, client events and larger groups where the agenda should include both professional content and time to connect.
Spa facilities add another layer to multi-day programmes. Time in the spa can help participants reset between or after sessions, soften the intensity of a packed agenda and give the overall event a more balanced rhythm.
Therestaurant and bar areas create natural gathering points during the stay, making it easy to carry the programme into shared meals, receptions or evening events without moving the group elsewhere.
For planners arranging meetings, conferences or corporate events in Norway, Kløfta offers a destination where airport access, countryside surroundings and substantial event capacity come together in a format that feels efficient, generous and complete.
