Conference hotels and meeting rooms at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen

Oslo Airport offers one of the Nordic region’s most capable settings for meetings and conferences, where international accessibility, large-scale venues and airport hotels support events of significant scale.

A major hub for large-scale meetings and events

Oslo Airport, Gardermoen has developed into one of Norway’s most important locations for conferences, congresses and corporate events. Positioned at the country’s main international gateway, the area makes it easy to bring together participants from across Norway, the Nordics and beyond.
For conference planners, accessibility is a clear advantage. Oslo Airport connects Norway with major European and international destinations, while the airport express train links Gardermoen with central Oslo in around twenty minutes. This makes it possible to host events close to the airport while keeping the capital within easy reach for additional programme elements.
The airport district is also designed for business travel, with several conference hotels located just minutes from the terminal. This proximity helps organisers manage arrival logistics efficiently, particularly for multi-day conferences with accommodation.

Conference venue, exhibition and meeting facilities

Conference hotels at Oslo Airport offer a wide range of meeting environments, from smaller seminar rooms to large event spaces designed for major gatherings. Across the area, planners will find meeting rooms suited to workshops, training sessions, leadership meetings and conferences.
Meeting spaces support both formal presentations and smaller working sessions, with adaptable layouts, breakout areas and technology suited to professional events. Hybrid meetings can also be arranged when part of the audience joins remotely.
For planners exploring larger event formats, The Qube, located near the airport, offers one of the Nordic region’s most distinctive conference and event venues. Its expansive layout makes it well suited to conventions, exhibitions, product launches and large corporate gatherings in a single integrated venue.

Corporate events and programme opportunities

Oslo Airport is also well suited to corporate events, industry gatherings and large evening programmes. Banquets, award ceremonies and gala dinners can be arranged as part of conference agendas, creating shared experiences that bring participants together beyond the formal meeting sessions.
These larger social programmes often become the highlight of an event. A banquet, award dinner or hosted reception can provide a natural moment for celebration, recognition and networking after a day of meetings.
Restaurants across the Oslo region also support business dinners and informal gatherings. Together with the large-scale venues and the airport’s accessibility, this allows planners to create programmes that move smoothly from meetings to evening events.
For organisations planning conferences, exhibitions or major corporate events in Norway, Oslo Airport, offers a meeting destination where international access, large venues and professional conference infrastructure support events at exceptional scale.
