Hotel F6

I could wax poetic about the early check in after 12 hours of traveling, the ideal location to walk just about anywhere, the good restaurant recommendations, the great housekeeping service, or the breakfast buffet that exceeded all expectations. But, let me share one anecdote: We had a 630 am flight to Chania. The hotel arranged a "to go" breakfast (after asking our preferences), made sure we had coffee, and arranged the taxi. We were driven to airport, checked in, and made our way to security. Somewhere in line, I realized I didn't have my phone. It had been dropped in the taxi on our way. Our flight was in less than two hours. I didn't have receipt or phone number for taxi, and had paid cash. The only one who could possibly know the taxi was the night manager at the hotel. My wife went through to gate as I took another taxi back to hotel. The Young Lady at the desk tracked down the taxi service, found the driver, had him search for the phone, kept in contact with my wife through her own personal phone, and arranged the coordination of my phone's return. I got to gate with 20 minutes to spare (thank God for light morning traffic). I would not hesitate to stay at F6 again for all the reasons above, but I'm a loyal fan now for the extra efforts made for an American traveler in the wee hours of the morning on an October weekday.

Excellent! Warm welcome, spotlessly clean, very comfortable large bed, great shower and a proper GHD hairdryer (if only all hotels could supply a proper powerful hairdryer like this one!). Buffet Breakfast is delicious with a wide range of all sorts of healthy options - juices, smoothies, fresh fruit, the best ever porridge, eggs, cheese, the list goes on and on….. Very efficient service at breakfast, always ensuring that dishes were replenished. People on the desk were always very helpful with a smile and there was always a calm atmosphere in the hotel.

We had an excellent day in this hotel from the start. The person who checked us in it was incredibly helpful and taught us how to order food from the room. She helped us with our luggage. The breakfast was incredible and the location is great. The rooms were well-sized the bed was comfortable. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to other people.

All aspects of this stylish hotel were excellent. Starting at check in where we were fortunate to be given early check in. Very welcome after 30+ hours of travelling. The superior room was stylish and well appointed. The bathroom was large with enough room for toilet bags on the vanity and the shower was large. Bathroom lighting and amenities both excellent. All clean and in good condition. The decor throughout the hotel was very stylish yet still managed to be cosy. The restaurant area was comfortable to eat or just sit and have a drink. Breakfast buffet was varied, good quality and had sufficient room for people to move around. Excellent location, in walking distance to shops, tourist sites, train station, bars and restaurants. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again. I couldn’t fault anything.
