The hotel is located right in the centre of Trondheim, within walking distance of the Solsiden neighbourhood, the beautiful Nidaros Cathedral and Rockheim. Head off and explore the local surroundings on foot, with just a short walk to Bakklandet, where you’ll find historic shops and cafés, Trondheim Art Museum and Munkholmen, an island with an interesting history. You can also enjoy a scenic stroll over the Gamle Bybro bridge across the Nidelva river. The hotel is frequently the called “Backstage” due to its unique location right next to the Olavshallen Concert Hall. You can actually go straight from an event in Olavshallen to your hotel room without even leaving the building. Great, right? And even better if it’s raining!
