This place has the best location in Göteborg. On a hot summer day, the terrace in front of the hotel is the place to be. Extraordinary good service, from reception staff, and security. super breakfast and a rooftop pool. You can not go wrong with this place.

Nice Hotel, very good location and super service from all the staff at the Hotel. Å little bit mess because of rebuilding in the enrtrace and breakfast aerea, but We had got information about it before We came. Over all very good!

The best asset of the hotel is its central location next to the main train station, bus/tram stops; a short walk to parks and Haga Nygata. However, hotel common areas are not so pleasant due to large renovations and a lot of lobby traffic. There is no quiet place to sit; the bar is always loud and busy. A guest would benefit by requesting a room in the "new wing" since older rooms are in need of update, and located over the loud bar area (easily heard until late at night on the 5th floor). Upon asking how to lower the (too warm) room temperature, we were told adjustment at most is possible by only 3 degrees. Therefore due to noise and heat, we did not sleep well; the huge bed pillows are ridiculous. We would have liked to enjoy the jacuzzi, but there is a large fee for it, even to use the swimming pool. We compliment the very excellent, extensive breakfast buffet. There is a convenient left-luggage room (at no charge). We would not stay here again.

Spent 2 nights here. Super nice room and especially nice staff both in reception and restaurant. The hotel also have perfect location for a weekend in Göteborg.

Excellent service and unforgettable swim in the rooftop pool. Breakfast was also very good. Ill definitely come to this place.
