The Hotel is in an older building that looks pretty from the outside. I booked a deluxe double room and according to the description thought that I would have a view of the castle. We were on the 2nd floor and could not see the castle, only trees. The hotel advertising is deceptive. Perhaps you can see the castle from the top floor.The hotel is near to a nightclub that plays loud music in the evening. The good news is that they didn't play too late. They advertise an evening dinner. The entree did not look very appetizing so we ate elsewhere. The room itself was spacious.

Inform your customers that just in front of the best rooms is a night club with some outdoor concerts on Fridays and week end and just not try to conceal it by providing earplugs protections !

This hotel is a gem. I had a wonderful room in a turret. It had a comfortable sofa where I could sit and read. There was also a little table with 270 deg views to look out over the city. It was great to have an iron and ironing board. My clothes were quite creased after several weeks of travel. It was a treat to have a wonderful buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. The staff gave loads of useful advice to enable me to make the most of my stay I liked the location of the hotel parking.

We stayed at this location for 3 nights and happened to be there when it was pretty warm along with being placed facing the event venue/bar that played rather loud music. They did have a small tabletop fan which moved the air around but if you are facing this event venue do bring earplugs (even with the windows closed). Closing the windows made it warm but we couldn’t decide which was the worse fate. They say online AC but that is not true. Otherwise, the breakfast, fika and dinner were phenomenal! Good price point for that. I would just say make sure and visit during a non warm time (it was unseasonably warm) and make sure you are faced away from any loud streets/music. Staff were very nice. Paid parking down the street.

I recently stayed at this budget hotel for a business trip and had a less than satisfactory experience. My room was on the first floor, which compromised privacy as people could easily look in. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and the temperature in the room at night was almost 26°C, making it extremely uncomfortable. Opening the window was not a viable option due to the noise and cigarette smoke from outside. The small fan provided did little to alleviate the heat and only brought in more smoke. I would not recommend this hotel for a summer stay due to the lack of effective cooling options and overall discomfort.
