The ghost is said to be a mistress murdered by a married couple in the 1920s, after the wife discovered her husband’s affair. In a desperate attempt to save their marriage, they got rid of the woman – who vanished without a trace.
In 2009, the hotel completely renovated the entire fifth floor after guests refused to stay there due to unexplained night-time disturbances. Every piece of furniture was replaced – but did it stop the mistress from haunting the place?
