Live like a king in the Koi Suite
You’ll find this wonderful two-floor suite in central Oslo right next to the Jernbanetorget square at Clarion Hotel® The Hub. The suite is named after the Japanese koi fish – and you’ll even find a giant fish floating on the ceiling! Some people regard the koi fish as a symbol of good luck, wealth and prosperity.
In addition to comfortable beds, large open areas, beautiful views and modern bathrooms, we also have plenty of fun activities including table football. Go ahead and challenge someone to a game!
And if what they say about koi fish is true, you should be able to win your match pretty easily!

Stay in a former prison cell
Prison…cell? Yes, you read it right! Both Home Hotel Bilan in Karlstad and Home Hotel Katajanokka in Helsinki are housed in former prison buildings! The two hotels have fascinating histories for you to discover and you can even visit the prison museum at the hotel in Karlstad featuring several cells, uniforms, journals, files, tools and other interesting objects from way back when! Some people claim that Home Hotel Bilan is haunted – both hotel staff and guests claim to have heard strange sounds and feelings of not being alone... As yet, there are no reports of any supernatural activities at Home Hotel Katajanokka, but there are clear reminders of when the building served as a county prison! The former cells have been transformed into unique hotel rooms, providing stylish and modern accommodation and the metre-thick walls ensure a wonderfully quiet stay! How the glamping works
You’ll be sleeping in a beautifully spacious tent equipped with a warm and cosy double bed and a private outdoor space.
You’ll be staying right in the heart of central Gothenburg near the Liseberg amusement part, the Universeum museum and other popular attractions! Everything is just a short tram ride away!
Unfortunately, the experience is not available during the 2026 summer season.
