Arlandastad as a meeting destination

Arlandastad is closely tied to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, making it relevant for meetings where arrivals, departures and time management matter. For planners, the value lies in being able to gather delegates close to Sweden’s main airport while working with more than one meeting format.
The destination is particularly useful for international meetings, Nordic team gatherings, training sessions, corporate events and conferences with accommodation. Groups can stay close to the airport, keep the programme concentrated and reduce the need for transfers between arrival, accommodation and meeting facilities.

Conference venue and meeting facilities

Conference hotels in Arlandastad and the wider Stockholm Arlanda area offer meeting environments for both larger conferences and more focused formats. Some settings are built around scale and social flow, with flexible rooms suited to plenary sessions, breakouts, exhibitions, banquets and shared meals.
Other environments bring a more atmospheric and design-led airport setting, where food, surroundings and professional delivery give the meeting day a more considered feel. For smaller groups, there are also streamlined meeting rooms suited to efficient workshops, project sessions and shorter business meetings.
Meeting spaces can be adapted for presentations, hybrid meetings, parallel sessions and collaborative work, with technical solutions suited to professional events.

Corporate events and programme opportunities

Arlandastad also works well for corporate events where the programme should remain close to the airport from start to finish. Banquets, award dinners, training days and larger company gatherings can be arranged in formats where accommodation, meeting rooms and social elements stay closely connected.
For evening programmes, restaurants in Stockholm can also be used when the event calls for a wider city setting.
For planners arranging conferences or corporate events in Sweden, Arlandastad offers an airport-area setting where access, scale and complementary meeting formats create focused programmes with accommodation.
