Can I use a Service Station if haven’t booked via the website?

Yes, you can! The Service Station is a tablet situated in the hotel lobby allowing you to check in or out by yourself or with assistance from the hotel staff.

If you would like to see your booking in the app, it will have to be linked to your membership. Please see the question: “Why can’t I find my booking in the app?” or contact our Customer Service for assistance.
