Does the hotel I'm staying at have mobile keys?
Many of our hotels already offer mobile keys and many more are busy working to introduce this feature in the near future. This requires the hotels to modify or change the doors, so you can imagine that it takes some time. We are committed to offering mobile keys at as many of our hotels as possible, so watch this space in case they are not available at your favourite hotel yet.
