Where can I find terms & conditions for the membership?
Can I earn bonus points from Strawberry after 19 November 2024?
On 19 November 2024, Spenn will replace our traditional bonus points system, and you will no longer be able to earn bonus points.
What is Spenn and what does it mean for members?
Spenn is the name of Strawberry and Norwegian's new loyalty currency. This joint loyalty currency makes it easier for members to earn and use Spenn across several different membership programmes – without complicated conversion processes. You'll earn Spenn when you stay at our hotels, and you can get a clear overview of your Spenn balance on "My Page" (just like before) and the new Spenn app, where you'll also find personal offers and benefits. Spenn gives you greater flexibility, less hassle and more possibilities!
How many Spenn do I get per night?
You earn Spenn on all hotel stays. Your Spenn earning rates are based on your current membeership level:
- Blue: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR
- Silver: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR +10% extra Spenn
- Gold: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR + 20% extra Spenn
- Platinum: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR + 30% extra Spenn

Can I book a hotel stay with Spenn?
You can pay for an overnight stay using your Spenn, a so-called Superdeal, once you have enough Spenn on your account. You can also use your Spenn as partial payment, as long as there are rooms available at the hotel.
Can I use Spenn for more things other than hotel stays with Strawberry?
From 19 November 2024, you will only be able to use Spenn to pay for hotel stays with us. But stay tuned – there are lots of exciting new possibilities coming in 2025!
Are there new benefits or opportunities for earning and using Spenn?
The loyalty currency Spenn gives members even more possibilities! Prior to the launch of Spenn, members were only able to use the points they earned with a partner linked to the same membership programme. With Spenn you can earn and use Spenn across several membership programmes, which gives you greater flexibility and freedom of choice.
How do I reach a higher level of membership?
Higher levels of membership are attainable via qualifying nights. You receive one qualifying night per overnight stay (certain exceptions apply – read the Terms & Conditions here). You need 5 qualifying nights during a membership period for Silver-level membership, 30 nights for Gold and 60 nights for Platinum.
What counts as a qualifying night?
You'll get one qualifying night per hotel night, regardless of whether you've paid for it with money, bonus points, or Spenn as full or partial payment*. The number of qualifying nights determines your membership level. The more qualifying nights you have within the membership period, the higher your membership level and the more benefits you get.
