Restaurant Eydes – Danish-French cuisine in Horsens
Set in a historic building dating back to 1744, right on Horsens’ pedestrian street, Restaurant Eydes brings together Danish-French flavours for a gastronomic experience beneath whitewashed vaults.
A dining experience beneath historic cellar vaults
Restaurant Eydes is located in the cellar of Jørgensens Hotel, within the Baroque Lichtenberg Palace dating back to 1744. Here, a warm and inviting atmosphere awaits, with soft lighting beneath historic whitewashed vaults. The restaurant also features a wine bar and wine shop, along with a bar menu offering charcuterie, cheese, crackers and more.
Danish-French menu
The menu at Restaurant Eydes follows the seasons and is rooted in Danish-French cuisine. Influences from other cuisines also find their way onto the menu, with a focus on flavour, presentation and seasonal ingredients. Choose from an à la carte menu featuring signature dishes or a set menu that changes regularly. Join us for lunch or dinner.
