What does two-step verification mean and how does it work?
When you log in to the website or the app, you provide your membership number or your email address and your password, just as you did before. When you press "Log in", a 6-digit code will be sent to your email address. Please enter the code in the box that appears on the website/app, and you will be logged in to your account.
