What counts as a qualifying night?

You'll get one qualifying night per hotel night, regardless of whether you've paid for it with money, bonus points, or Spenn as full or partial payment*. The number of qualifying nights determines your membership level. The more qualifying nights you have within the membership period, the higher your membership level and the more benefits you get.
