Moominworld – an adventure for the whole family

Where is Moominworld located?
The fairytale setting of Moominworld is on the island of Kailo, just outside Naantali in Finland. A footbridge from the harbour in Naantali’s Old Town leads directly to Moominworld.
How do you get to Moominworld?
Travelling from Helsinki, you can reach Naantali and Moominworld in around two hours by car, bus or train.
You can also take the ferry from Stockholm to Turku, which is just a 20-minute journey from Naantali and Moominworld by car, bus or train.

Enter a vibrant world where you can meet the characters, visit their homes and explore the story’s most charming corners. Step inside the iconic blue Moominhouse and wander through all five floors of the tower. The beach at Moominworld
On the other side of the island, you’ll find a lovely beach where the whole family can enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea on warm summer days. There’s space for both play and relaxation – whether you fancy a picnic, building sandcastles or simply taking in the surroundings. Close to the beach, you’ll also find the Beach Café, offering snacks, cakes and refreshing drinks for both children and adults.
