What has happened to my bonus points?
Bonus points that you previously earned with Strawberry are no longer available for use after 31 December 2025. If you had points remaining at the turn of the year, these could be used up until this date, but after that they expired.
Since the introduction of Spenn on 19 November 2024, you now earn Spenn as a member on all new purchases within Strawberry. Gift cards purchased using bonus points by 31 December 2025 are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Spenn therefore replaces the previous bonus points and makes it easier to earn and use rewards every time you stay or shop within Strawberry.
