The magnificent Hagapark, with not only a castle but also huge green areas, belongs to the municipality of Solna and is 6 minutes from Quality Hotel Friends. The park is often called Sweden's most beautiful English park and has many strange buildings - for example, the Koppartälten (the copper tent), Ekotemplet (the Echo Temple), turkiska kiosken and kinesiska paviljongen (the Turkish kiosk, the Chinese pavilion). In the park is also Haga Castle - home to the crown prince and princess. In Solna you can also experience exotic animals at Fjärilshuset. Enjoy wandering around among free flying butterflies in big tropical greenhouses or take a peek at one of the largest shark tanks in the Nordic region.
